Luca Cinquetti People & Culture Director, iliad Italia

Luca Cinquetti has been working in HR for almost twenty years and is currently People and Culture Director at iliad Italia. He oversees People, Health & Safety, Internal Communication, Facilities and Mobility — everything to do with how people experience the company on a day-to-day basis. He has built his career moving from Vodafone to Mondadori, from Unichips to iliad, where he joined in 2018. He holds a degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Milan-Bicocca and a Master’s in HR from the Sole 24 Ore Business School.
