Cristina Zucchetti Presidente, Z Holding

Cristina Zucchetti was born in Lodi. In 1996, having recently graduated in Economics and Business from Bocconi University in Milan, she joined the IT company of the same name founded in Lodi by her father, Domenico, where she held positions of increasing responsibility until becoming Head of Human Resources for the entire Zucchetti Group (comprising over 100 companies in the IT sector). Following the generational handover in 2008, Cristina became Chair of Zucchetti and then, in 2012, of the holding company (Z Holding). In 2024, in addition to receiving the ‘Marisa Bellisario’ Award in the ‘Entrepreneurship’ category, she was awarded the OMRI honour with the title of Commander, also in recognition of her social commitment. In 2025, she was included in Forbes magazine’s ranking of the 100 most successful Italian women.
