Elena Panzera SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT HR EMEA & AP SAS – PRESIDENTE AIDP LOMBARDIA, SAS

Elena is an Occupational and Organizational Psychologist, graduated at the Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University in Milano. She began her career at McKinsey & Company where she held the role of Training & Internal Communication Administrator for Italy. Later she moved to KPMG Advisory Service as Training & Internal Communication Manager. She joined SAS in 2004 to manage the Professional Development area for the Italian office. Since 2009 she has been HR Director of the Italian office up to her current role as Senior HR Vice President EMEA & AP; she coordinates the HR activities of 45 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. She is Member of the Order of Psychologists in Lombardia (Italy), she has a Master in Coaching and a certification in Change Management. Since July 2020 Elena have been appointed President of the Italian HR Management Association (AIDP) of Lombardia (northern Italy District) and she is member of the national (Italy) AIDP Advisory Board.
