Francesco Sodano has built a solid and progressive professional career in Marketing and Retail within the consumer electronics industry, collaborating with international companies such as Philips, Samsung, and Huawei. Throughout his career, he has developed cross-functional expertise across the entire marketing value chain, with a focus on commercial strategies, promotion management, and development of integrated models across physical and digital channels. In 2022, he joined MediaWorld with the objective of developing the Retail Media business, both online and in-store. In this context, he has contributed to consolidating an increasingly data-driven and performance-oriented approach, in line with the brand's omnichannel evolution. During his tenure in the company, he has rapidly expanded his area of responsibility, and today, as Marketing Director, he leads integrated strategies covering Brand, Digital, Content, CRM, Loyalty, Trade, Retail Media, and Corporate Communication, playing a key role in supporting the brand's growth and positioning as an Experience Champion. In 2023, he was awarded "Best Retail Manager" by Largo Consumo magazine for his contribution to value creation and innovation in marketing leverage within the sector.
