I lead digital payments and SEPA infrastructure, driving the payment strategy and execution for Scalapay IP, supporting its evolution as a Payment Institution. I managed the setup and launch of Scalapay IP S.p.A., applying deep expertise in SEPA regulations and payment systems. I coordinate the IT development of regulatory and compliance processes, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability across our payment infrastructure. I work with international development teams across Milan and Australia, focusing on optimizing payment infrastructure, standardization, and reconciliation. I directly manage an operational team handling daily transactions and reconciliation, while overseeing the development of SEPA, acquiring, card processing, and regulatory flow management. I am passionate about payment innovation and how technology can enhance both consumer experience and operational efficiency in financial processes.
